This includes addressing any manufacturer's defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading. In the event that such issues arise, we will either replace your canvas print or rectify it at no additional cost.
For prompt processing of reprint or refund requests, please provide us with a digital image clearly depicting the damage or defect, accompanied by a detailed description of the problem (please be as descriptive as possible when submitting defective images). Returns Procedure: To initiate the returns process, customers are required to send an email with pictures of the damaged product to eclecticlyfe@mail.com. Our team will review the images within 24 hours, and if a manufacturing defect is identified, a Return Authorization number will be issued to the customer, enabling them to return the products.
Returns Window: Customers have a 90-day window from the date of order receipt to initiate a return.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same card or PayPal account used for the original order payment and are typically processed within 7 business days.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Eclectic Lyfe LLC covers the costs of return shipping.
